Policies & Procedures
PAYMENT:
Payment is due while submitting order. Orders will not begin processing until payment is received.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted on the date of invoice only. We also accept Paypal.
2.9% card fee per transaction. Email us if you'd like to pay via ACH for no fee.
ACH:
No fee for ACH payments. We accept payment via Pay by Bank ACH via Paypal.
Please email us if you would like to pay via ACH for no fee.
CREDIT:
Wholesale Navajo Pearls does not currently extent credit to customers.
FOB:
Kiowa, Colorado
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
No orders will be processed or shipped to past due accounts.
RETURNS:
No returns are accepted.
If there is a problem with your order, you must us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) by emailing sales@wholesalenavajopearls.com.
Shipping Policy
Orders will ship within 3-weeks of the order being placed.
If you need rush shipping, please contact sales@wholesalenavajopearls.com.
Please only select USPS as your shipper if you are shipping to a PO Box.
Customers are responsible for selecting shipping insurance. If a package is lost and insurance is not purchased, the customer assumes responsibility for the lost product.
